• All custom engraving orders must be prepaid and are non-refundable. If you have chosen a design that requires you to submit names or words for us to engrave, we will email (or text) you a draft of your requested design via email.
• It is the customer's responsibility to approve the spelling of the words that you have provided to us. 
• The customer is instructed to reply to contact@engravewave.com with approval confirmation. No edits/approvals will be accepted verbally.   
• When we receive your confirmation email, we will produce your item.

Yes, you sure can. However, there are a few things you should be aware of. 

After receiving the initial design draft, the customer may request one round of changes to the design. I will then update the design (Design Edit #1) based on your requests. The customer will need to decide whether they prefer the original design or Design Edit #1.

I can accommodate up to three design edit requests. The first edit request is complimentary; however, any additional requests will incur a non-refundable $25.00 design fee, which must be paid in advance.

Most of our products have a Design Template for you to choose from. However, you may request to have a simple image such as a company logo to be engraved on one of our Stationery Items.

Your Logo should be in a format that is suitable to our engraving equipment. Acceptable file formats are:

Corel Draw .CDR

High Resolution .JPG

Large clear artwork .BMP 

The editing process for photo engraving is often a lengthy one. As we are a very small home based business, we cannot accommodate these types of requests. However, feel free to email us and we can refer you to another trusted engraver!

Due to the nature of creating a unique and customized product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.    

Cutting boards - We source our boards from reliable and reputable North American manufactures. After purchase, proper care and maintenance of these products is solely the customers responsibility.  Recommended care instructions can be found in the FAQ section.

Shipping Policy:  (My lard wheres me stuff!)  

We would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE for you to get your order sooner, but short of getting in our Dory and paddling your order to the mainland, we are left with using Canada Post for now!  It's not all doom and gloom. Even with all these disclaimers, we have not experienced any significant issues with Canada Post.

Please note that we do not specifically state how long it will take for your package to be delivered. In general, depending on what shipping option you choose, your parcel can be expected between 4 to 14 days.

Delivery standards apply to items sent between most major urban centers (NOPE, that is not us!) and are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions and other factors. After engraving each board has a full night at the board spa!  They have a light soak in a trusted food grade mineral oil and then a good rub down with an all natural blend of carnauba and beeswax blended wax. I do not sell this product. I would be happy to email you the amazon link upon request.  Please see next section for details on cutting board care.
