Terms and eligibility requirements to participate in the Engrave Wave's 2024 Contest are as follows:
1. You must be over 19 years of age or older to enter.
2. You must be a resident of Canada* and have a Canadian mailing address*.
3. Contest does not apply to residents of Quebec.
4. To qualify for contest entry, you need to visit our website https://engravewave.com/, and sign up for our email newsletter. Rest assured, you will only receive four (4) emails per year, and you can unsubscribe anytime you want.
a. It is important that you confirm your email newsletter subscription. Our website will send you an auto-generated confirmation email to ensure that you are subscribed. If you do not confirm your subscription, your entry will be automatically disqualified.
5. Comment “Done plus the first 5 characters of your email address” on the original contest Facebook post by Engrave Wave.
6. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
8. Please use caution when participating in online contests. Due to the nature of social media, Engrave Wave accepts no responsibility for victims of online scams.
Extra Entry – If you have made an online purchase**from Engrave Wave between January 1st, 2023, and April 5thyou qualify for one (1) extra entry! Your Facebook profile name must be consistent with the order you made on our website. Only one (1) extra entry per person, not per purchase or per email address. You can only enter one email address.
THE PRIZE
We are offering a huge Newfoundland Maple Charcuterie Board valued at $125.00 CAD. We will also ship (approximate value CAD $50) the charcuterie board to a valid Canadian* address (excluding Quebec) at no extra charge to you. Shipping will be via Canada Post and will include a tracking number.
These boards come in sizes ranging from 15 to 18 inches long and are made from Maple live edge slab. As the winner, you will have the opportunity to select your board from a picture of our in-stock maple boards. We will also provide you with options for handles.
In addition, we offer complimentary Custom Engraving services, within reason. You can work with Engrave Wave to design a simple engraving or choose from several provided designs. Don't worry, we will discuss your needs and make sure that you are completely happy with the final product.
I will work with you in a timely fashion. Once the design has been approved by the winner, the board can take up to 2 weeks to complete. Does not include shipping time.
CONTEST CLOSE TIME & DATE
The contest closes on April 3, 2024, at 11:59 pm (NDT).
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Engrave Wave will post an announcement via Facebook with the live draw time and date, prior to April 5th, 2024.
Engrave Wave will not contact any participant by any other means except by the email address you provided and confirmed to subscribe to our newsletter. We will not contact you by Facebook Messenger or through Facebook comments – PLEASE BE SCAMMER AWARE!!
*Contest does not include residents from Quebec, Canada
**Does not include purchases made outside of our website, such as markets, fairs, or other local functions. Previous order must have been made on www.engravewave.com
ALTERNATE WINNER
If the original winner does not respond to Engrave Wave’s winning email within five (5) business days from the draw date, inclusive, an alternate winner will be drawn live on Facebook.
MODIFICATION AND/OR VOIDING (Cancel) OF CONTEST
Engrave Wave reserves the right to void or modify the contest, at any time, for any reason. If this is the case, the email address you provided during the contest will be automatically removed from our email newsletter list.
